The Fatherhood Accelerator
Modern fatherhood has changed. Preparation hasn't.
A practical, honest training to help you prepare for fatherhood, support your partner and navigate the pressure, expectations and changes that come with becoming a dad.
In this free training, we'll look at five parts of fatherhood that deserve more preparation than most men receive.
Understand how fatherhood changes your identity, responsibilities and priorities, and what you can do now to prepare for those changes.
Learn how to share the load, recognise what your partner needs and keep communicating when you're both tired and under pressure.
Explore how to protect your relationship, build a bond with your baby and make time for the people who matter as your routines change.
Recognise the expectations you're carrying, understand how pressure affects the way you show up and learn to respond rather than simply react.
Leave with practical actions you can take straight away to become more prepared, more involved and more deliberate about the dad you want to be.
The Fatherhood Preparation Gap™
Today's fathers want to be more present, more involved, more emotionally available and more connected to their families than generations before them.
But while expectations have changed, the preparation available to help men step into fatherhood has not kept pace.
Too many men are still expected to work it out as they go.
The gap between what modern fathers are expected to be and the preparation, support and guidance available to help them become it.
Fatherhood changes how you see yourself, your priorities and your place in the family.
Becoming parents changes how you communicate, connect and support one another.
Work, money, responsibility and expectations can build up before you realise their impact.
You don't need to have fatherhood all figured out. But understanding what changes, what matters and how you respond can make a real difference.
Understand the kind of dad you want to become, recognise the expectations you're carrying and start making more deliberate choices about how you show up.
Learn how to approach fatherhood as a partnership, communicate more openly and stay connected when routines, responsibilities and priorities change.
Recognise when pressure is building, make space for your own needs and develop practical habits that help you bring more patience and energy into family life.

Meet Your Host
I started The Modern Fatherhood Club because I believe we're asking men to become more involved, more present and more capable fathers without giving them enough preparation for what that actually means.
Fatherhood changes your relationships, your priorities, your identity and the way you see yourself. Yet so much of that is left for dads to figure out when they're already in the middle of it.
I don't believe dads need another person telling them to be perfect. We need honest conversations, better preparation and practical ways to approach the responsibilities that come with raising a family.
That's why I've created this training. To help you think differently about the father you're becoming and give you something useful to take into your own family life.
