The Modern Fatherhood Club was built on a simple belief. Modern fatherhood has changed. Preparation hasn't.
Every day, men step into one of the most important roles of their lives with very little guidance, support or preparation. They're expected to work it out as they go, carrying the pressure of providing, supporting their partner and raising a family while trying to become a different version of themselves.
We're here to change that.

Today's fathers are expected to be more present than ever before. They're expected to be more emotionally available, more involved at home, more supportive partners and more intentional parents.
At the same time, they're balancing careers, financial pressure, changing family dynamics and the quiet expectation that they should simply cope with it all.
Yet most of the support available still focuses on preparing for the baby, while very little prepares the father for what comes next.
That's what we call The Fatherhood Preparation Gap™. Closing that gap is why The Modern Fatherhood Club exists.
When I became a dad, I wanted what most fathers want. I wanted to be present, support my partner, provide for my family and become someone my children could always rely on. I believed that caring enough would be enough. It wasn't.
Like so many fathers, I found myself carrying pressures I hadn't prepared for. The transition into fatherhood challenged my confidence, my identity, my relationships and my wellbeing in ways I never expected. For a long time, I believed I was the problem.
Then I realised something much bigger. The problem wasn't that fathers didn't care. The problem was that almost nobody was preparing us for the realities of becoming one. That realisation led to The Modern Fatherhood Club, not because I'd perfected fatherhood, but because I knew too many good men were trying to figure it out alone.

At The Modern Fatherhood Club, we believe fatherhood deserves the same level of preparation as every other major life transition.
We believe stronger fathers help build stronger families, that preparation creates confidence, connection builds resilience and growth is a lifelong commitment.
We believe leadership begins at home, and above all, that no father should ever feel like he has to carry it all alone.

The Modern Fatherhood Club isn't here to sell parenting advice.
We're here to change the conversation around fatherhood by helping fathers prepare before they reach crisis, creating spaces where honest conversations replace silent struggle and building communities where no dad feels he has to navigate fatherhood alone.
We also work with employers who understand that supporting fathers strengthens families, workplaces and society as a whole.
Every programme, every podcast, every conversation and every partnership exists for one reason: to move us closer to a future where every father is prepared, supported and valued from day one.

Imagine a world where becoming a father comes with the preparation, support and confidence it deserves.

Where employers actively support working fathers.

Where asking for help is seen as strength, not weakness.

Where children grow up with fathers who are more present, more connected and more intentional.

That’s the future we’re working to build.
